1. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and prices are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete. Salt Drape reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Where a refund is approved under our policy, it may be provided as store credit/gift card, subject to the applicable terms.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

6. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each garment. Salt Drape is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, storage or general misuse.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use our content without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product images, logos, designs, text and other content on the Salt Drape website are owned by or licensed to Salt Drape and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
