Return & Exchange Policy

At Salt Drape, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Please read our policy before placing your order.

No Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unused and unwashed.
• All original tags are attached.
• The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The item has no stains, damage, perfume/smoke smell or signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Returns as Store Credit

If you are unable to exchange the item, any approved return will be issued as Salt Drape store credit in the form of a gift card. No cash or original payment refunds will be provided.

Gift cards/store credits can be used towards a future Salt Drape purchase and are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
