Change of Mind

• We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Gift Cards / Store Credit

• If an exchange is not available, you may choose to receive a gift card/store credit for the value of the item.
  
• Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used on future purchases within the validity period provided.

Shipping

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, unsafe.
