Australia-wide Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Salt Drape is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
