Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within Australia.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Any customs duties or additional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with them.
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in raising an enquiry with the courier.
